• Architecture review. An existing design, read properly, with the problems named plainly and in the order they will hurt you.
• Feasibility. Whether the idea fits the hardware it is aimed at — power, memory, thermals, cost — answered before the schematic is drawn rather than after.
• To a manufacturable board. Taking a design through the work that stands between a prototype and something a factory can actually build and test.

Engagements are short and scoped. Every one starts with a written proposal that says what will be done, what will be handed over and when it ends, so both sides can decline before anything is committed.
